When Delva purchased her first limousine, Norma eagerly volunteered to become her first driver. As Delva's driver Norma enjoyed celebrity status. Articles about her driving escapades were published in several journals. Norma's tenure as Delva's driver and administrative assistant prepared her for a successful real estate career. Delva encouraged Norma to obtain her real estate license because of her enthusiasm for real estate and her personal popularity. In1998 she received her license and as they say, she hasn't looked back since. Delva Real Estate is pleased to announce Mr.William Bradford has joined Delva Real Estate Services. William speaks fluent Spanish and specializes in residential sales. He and his wife and two daughters reside in South Shore Harbour in League City. Jerome "Jerry" Jones, jr. formerly with South Shore Harbour Development, Ltd. has joined Delva Real Estate Services after recently concluding a successful 22 years career with the master planned community developer of South Shore Harbour. While there, he was instrumental in all facets of both residential lot/home sales marketing, and commercial land sales marketing, contract negotiation and coordination of transactional closings.   Jones'' broker, Delva Seimsen said, "We are excited to have Jerry Jones come on board as a real estate agent here at Delva Real Estate Services.
